Annual Meeting 2010
Thursday, May 20, 2010 – 7:00 PM
Meridian City Hall
33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian Idaho
Homeowner sign-in will begin @ 6:30pm

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct all lawful business of the Bear Creek Homeowners’ Association including:

Board of Directors Election, Approval of Minutes, Financial Report, Grounds Maintenance, CCR’s, and Committee Reports.

In the event you cannot attend, a Proxy form was mailed to you for your convenience. Please return the Proxy no later than May 13th by mail or have it presented at the meeting by your appointed representative.

According to the Declaration, a 30% quorum will be necessary to conduct business at this meeting. If a quorum is not met the meeting will be adjourned and reopened to conduct business as scheduled as per the Addendum to 5.8 Meetings of Association.

If you are concerned with the welfare of Bear Creek it is imperative that you attend this meeting or send in your proxy.

Please plan on joining your neighbors for your Annual Meeting.

When : Occurs the third Thursday of every month at 7 PM

Where : Lowe’s Conference Room

The meetings will be held at Lowe’s on Overland Road – Promenade Center.

All Board Members and Committee Chairpersons are encouraged to attend
All Bear Creek Homeowners are welcome to attend
