Check-in will begin at 6:30 PM.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct all lawful business of the BearCreek Homeowners Association including:

  • Board of directors election
  • Financial report
  • Grounds maintenance
  • CCR’s
  • Discussion of assessments

In the event you cannot attend please fill out the proxy form mailed to your address and return no later than May 12th by mail or have it presented at the meeting by your appointed representative. Mailed proxies must be sent to:

According to the declaration a 30% quorum will be necessary to conduct business at this meeting. If you are concerned with the welfare of BearCreek it is imperative that you attend this meeting or send in your proxy!

A baby bouncy chair was found wrapped in a black garbage bag left next to the landscaping bushes. It has been there for about 5 days and initially was thought to be landscaping debris waiting to be picked up.
